configure router ospf area virtual_link
This command defines an OSPF virtual link for an area.
Establishes a virtual connection to the backbone for an area border router that is not physically connected to the
backbone. A virtual link requires that each virtual link neighbor must include the transit area ID and the virtual link
neighbor’s router ID.
