Make sure that the PC is connected to the ETH port of the Blackbird OECD.
b)
Make sure that the correct network adapter is selected.
c)
Make sure that the IPv6 protocol is enabled on the PC.
d)
Make sure that the PC has a valid IPv6 link local address.
e)
Click on

Network Interface

Firmware Archive

Select the firmware archive.

Click on OPEN.
The firmware archive is displayed in the
Firmware Archive
field.
10. Check the box of the Blackbird OECD in
Available Devices
