The Fortress Winner scooter is designed for: 
 

•

 

transport of persons with a weight of up to 350 lbs (159 kg) 

•

 

use on sidewalks, footways, and bike-ways 

•

 

use in and around the house. 

 
 
 
Your dealer should give you clear instructions before you independently 
operate the product. 
Consider operating the Fortress Winner scooter under the supervision of an 
experienced dealer during first test drives. 
The Fortress Winner scooter is not classified as a road vehicle and as such is 
not permitted for road use (road crossing are the only exception). 
 
The Fortress Winner has a maximum speed of 15 km/h (9.3 mph). 
 
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE WELL ACQUAINTED WITH THE 
CONTENTS OF THIS OWNER’S MANUAL BEFORE DRIVING THE 
FORTRESS WINNER. 
 
If you use the scooter for other purposes than those for which it is intended, 
Handicare accepts no liability whatsoever for damage or injury resulting from
