Configuring the SSL VPN client Configuring a FortiGate SSL VPN
To use the SSL VPN standalone tunnel client (Linux)
1 Go to the folder that you downloaded the Linux tunnel client application into, and
double-click on ‘
forticlientsslvpn
’.
The FortiClient SSL VPN tunnel client (Linux) opens.
Server Enter the IP address of the server you need to access.
User Enter your user name.
Password Enter the password associated with your user account.
Advanced settings
Save user name
and password Select to save the value in User and Password for future logins.
Keep connection
alive until manually
stopped Select to have the connection stay up until you log out.
