Use and maintenance
ATOMIZER ON VISION MULTIFUNCTION MACHINE
- If the machine is intended to operate in close proximity to
dangerous precipices, it is absolutely mandatory, before
beginning work, to cordon adequately all the traits that can
lead to falls from the mean due to a possible wrong maneuver
by the Operator.
- Never touch moving parts or interpose between them keeping
a safe distance.
- Avoid parking the machine on slopes. If necessary, secure
the machine with the parking brake and, if necessary, use
suitable logs or stones to be placed between the ground and
the tracks.
- Periodically check the tightness of the screws, nuts and any
connections.
- It is absolutely forbidden to remove or tamper with the safety
devices.
- Refueling with fuel and oil should only be carried out with the
engine off and not too hot. During refueling, do not smoke or
approach near fire. Immediately wipe the fuel spillage before
starting the engine.
- It is very important to keep in mind that road and direction/
braking holding can be influenced, even noticeably, by the
presence of a standard equipment.
- It is forbidden to carry people on the machine (in addition to
the driver).
- Keep the roll bar in vertical position during the work.
Lower the roll bar only in cases of extreme necessity and
immediately return it to the safety position as soon as the
condition of necessity has ceased.
2.3.2 FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES
Both the multifunction machine and the atomizer are manufac
-
tured with extensive use of petroleum-derived materials, and
the presence of various types of oils and chemical residues
make them potentially flammable.
It is advisable for the personnel in charge of the machine to be
aware of the main intervention techniques in the event of a fire.
All fuels and most lubricants and hydraulic fluids are flammable.
Do not smoke while refueling or restoring fluid levels, do not
refuel close to open flames and do not pour the fuel.
Never use gasoline, solvents or other flammable or toxic fluids
for cleaning mechanical parts, but, instead, use approved
commercial solvents that are non-flammable and non-toxic.
Do not weld near tanks, pipes, cans, electrical cables or flamma
-
ble materials in general. In case of welding, protect potentially
flammable parts with suitable shields.
2.3.3 SAFETY DURING THE MAINTENANCE OF THE
MACHINE
- Machine maintenance must be performed only with the engine
off, by qualified personnel and following the instructions given
Key Fig. 5
1) Obligation to wear a protective suit.
2) Obligation to wear protective gloves.
3) Obligation to wear protective shoes.
4) Obligation to wear protective earmuffs during
operation.
5) Obligation to wear respiratory protection
mask during operation..
6) Hand washing tap. Hands should be
washed whenever they come into contact
with harmful products.
7) The use of open flames is prohibited.
Fire hazard.
8) Before performing any maintenance work,
stop the machine, switch off the engine and
read the instruction manual.
9) Do not remove the guards and do not
approach the moving parts.
10) It is absolutely forbidden to climb up to
strangers on the equipment, in addition to the
Operator. DANGER OF FALL.
11)
Hoses with pressurized fluid. Danger of
bursting if worn or broken.
12)
It is absolutely forbidden to drink treated liquids.
DANGER OF SERIOUS DAMAGE TO HEALTH.
13) Do not discharge residual liquids into the
enviroment
14) Danger of contact with fumes and toxic
