8. Optional Brick Arch
The Giardino oven can be purchased with an optional brick
arch. The arch rests on top of the oven landing at the same
height as the cooking floor, and attaches to the front of the
oven dome body and vent assembly. A custom, site-built
arch can also be used, and can be constructed from
virtually any non-combustible material.
Attach the brick arch to the front of your oven enclosure
using standard mortar.
