Floor Insulation
Assemble the pre-cut FB Board insulating board to fit under
the oven. It can be assembled on wet or dry concrete. Do
not use adhesive.
Oven Floor Assembly
Assemble and level the cooking floor on a bed of fine sand.
Oven Dome Assembly
Seal the bottom of the dome and the oven landing to the
insulation board using refractory mortar.
