Reach
up
and
grab
the
grease
troughs
in
the
back.
Pull
them
out
like
this
for
cleaning.
To
clean,
open
the
baffle
filters
by
unscrewing
the
thumbscrews
on
the
inside
as
shown.
Place
the
filters
in
a
dishwasher
for
cleaning
along
with
the
grease
troughs.
Re
assemble
baffle
filters
and
replace
in
hood,
sliding
them
in
from
the
back
toward
the
front
,
then
sliding
them
to
the
back
as
shown
to
seat
them.
NOTE:
for
models
with
hoods,
push
them
up
at
the
front
after
installation
to
make
sure
they
are
correctly
installed.
They
should
not
be
able
to
be
pushed
up.
