Remove the
drain plug

NOTE: Make sure the hose is secure to prevent leaks.
Direct the hose toward the drain, ensuring that the
hose is positioned so that the end of the hose is lower
than the drain outlet. Check that there aren't any kinks

· When the water level of the bottom drain tray reaches a
predetermined level, the unit beeps 8 times and the
digital display area shows "P1" . At this time the air
immediately stop; however, the fan motor will
continue to operate (this is normal). Carefully move
the unit to a drain location, remove the bottom drain
plug and let the water drain away. Reinstall the
bottom drain plug and restart the machine when the
"P1" symbol disappears. If the error repeats, call for
service.

WAIT 3 MINUTES BEFORE RESUMING OPERATION
After the unit has stopped, it won't resume
operation for 3 minutes. This is to protect the
unit. Operation will automatically start after 3
minutes.
AIRFLOW DIRECTION ADJUSTMENT
· The louver can be set to the desired position manually.
· Do not place any heavy objects or other loads on the
louver. Doing so will cause damage to the unit.
· Ensure the louver is fully opened when in HEAT mode.
· Keep the louver fully opened during any operation.
WATER DRAINAGE
(DRY mode), a drain hose can be connected to
facilitate constant drainage. Remove the drain
plug from the back of the unit and connect a 3/4"
(19 mm) drain hose. Some models require an included
5 /8" (16 mm) drain connector.
Ensure everything is secure and place the end of the
POWER MANAGEMENT feature (on some models)
In COOL mode, when the ambient temperature is
lower than the set temperature for a period of time,
the unit will automatically trigger a power
management feature. The compressor and fan motor
stop. When the ambient temperature is higher than
the set temperature, the power management feature
will run.
