The Konftel 300Wx comes set to US-Extended for its DECT REGION in its default USA
con

guration. In order to connect it to the RTX DECT Base enter the Konftel “Service Menu”
and change its DECT REGION to US-NONEXTENDED.

To enter the Service Menu:
1. Press “MENU” (top center “Gear” button) once.
2. Then press “HOLD” (lower left button) for two seconds.
3. Then press the LINE MODE (lower right button) for two seconds.
To change the DECT REGION in Service Menu mode:
1. Scroll down to DECT REGION.
2. Press OK.
3. Toggle the cursor to US-NONEXTENDED.
4. Press OK.
