INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

REMOTE CONTROL

Insert the batteries in the remote control respecting the polarity. 

To use the remote control, point it at the front panel of the amplifier at

a maximum angle of 30° from a perpendicular line  with the front

panel and at a maximum distance of 6m.

AUDIO SOURCE SELECTION

Start playing the audio source. Select the audio source input with the buttons on the front panel or with the
DVD, CD, VCR, AUX buttons on the remote control.

Adjust the volume and the rest of the parameters if necessary. With the MENU button you can access different
adjustment parameters.

USB PLAYER (only available on the AS-170RU model)

To select the USB player, press the USB/TUNER(EXIT) button until the message USB or the folder number,
track or playback time is shown on the display.

If you want to select another sound source, press the USB/TUNER(EXIT) button twice until the message
TUNER EXIT appears on the display. Then press the button for the desired sound source: DVD, CD, VCR or
AUX/PHONO. 

When you select the USB player, the numbers of the folders and the tracks are shown on the display with 3
digits each, followed by the time of reproduction. The USB player can index up to 65 000 folders and tracks.
As the display only has 3 digits to show the amount of elements selected, when it exceeds 999 it will start
counting again. Within each folder the tracks start to be numbered again.

It accepts the connection of memories and formatted USB hard discs with the file system FAT16 or FAT32.

All the playback functions are available through the controls on the front panel and the remote control. 

To change the selection between folders and tracks use the FOLDER/TRACK button.

Then select the desired element with the following/previous buttons and use the play/pause/stop buttons for
the different playback options.
