Light-sensitive diode is not 
functioning

Diode is turned off.

Check, whether or not the CELL 
button is turned on.

The infrared light cannot reach 
the IR sensor.

Change the position of the 
infrared light, so it can reach 
the sensor.

Too much ambient light is 
interfering with the reception 
sensor.

Move the equipment to a darker 
environment.

Synchro cable is not working

The inside of the synchro 
connector is dirty or dusty.

Clean the connector.

Shortcut in the synchro cable 
or bad connection.

Change the cable (Press the 
test button to check if the flash 
is working properly).

The device is not working

Incorrect input voltage.

-  Check the connection of the AC 

input cord.

-  Make sure all connectors are 

hooked up properly.

- Check the fuse.

Other

Contact the nearest authorized dealer or retailer. Have the 
equipment checked by an authorized dealer or retailer. This will
