Method 2
1. Remove upper temperature probe from probe bottle and completely
submerge into an ice bath.
Note: Ice bath should be densely compacted ice (flake, crushed, nugget, or
cracked) and a little water.
2. Press Menu button (Fig. 42).

hold
Enter and together for 3 seconds (Fig. 43).
