Enhancements, Inc. does not warrant or represent that all third-party
software or hardware will function error-free when used in
conjunction with this FOCUS Enhancements, Inc. product.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL
