Instrument settings
CAUTION
:
Before using the
Omnia G-METER
in flight for
the first time, you must set at least the following
parameters (as explained in the instructions on the
following pages):
1. Adjust “geo correction”, see pag. 18.
2. Set the “scale” parameter, see pag. 22.
3. Set the “pos” and “neg” G thresholds, see pag. 22-23.
4.
Set the “alarm” parameters, pag. 23.
NOTE:
it is important to carry out these operations in the
sequence indicated.
4.1 MINIMUM SETTINGS BEFORE FIRST USE
WARNING
:
In the absence of the above operations, or if they
are not performed correctly, you can not consider as reliable
the indications of the instrument.
