Calibration Procedure

Calibration Procedure

” is displayed.

Press “SET” five times until “

” is displayed.

Press “SET” then use the “UP” or “DOWN” keys until the correct nu merical

setting is displayed. Press “SET” to accept the new value.
Repeat step 2 for ALPHA and DELTA.

Accuracy & Repeatability

Check the accuracy of the Micro-Bath at various points over the calibrated range.
