10. The chemical reaction of the
electrolyzer
The electrode under the action of the electric
current dissociates molecule of salt (NaCl) chlorine
ions (NaOCl) and sodium.
The chlorine ions (sodium hypochlorite - NaOCl),
in contact with water (H2O), is divided into chlorine
(hypochlorous acid - HOCl) and sodium hydroxide
(NaOH). It is the active chlorine (the hypochlorous
acid - HOCl), which is the active ingredient and
disinfectant
11. Warranty
The electrolysis unit is warranted by the
manufacturer against manufacturing faults for a
minimum period of 2 years counting from the
delivery date.
Electrode: minimum 2 year warranty. This
warranty does not cover breakdowns caused by
negligence, improper use, improper installation,
modification, disassembly, corrosion, failure to
undertake maintenance or wintering, misuse,
flooding, lightning strike or damage following a fall
or blow.
Return all equipment for overhaul or repair is
postage paid by the user.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change,
without prior notice, shape, design or appearance
of products.
