The product can then dry better should it become
wet. In addition, this prevents the product from
becoming especially dirty and it therefore lasts
longer.
Installing the product (s. Fig.)
Roll out the product completely.
Lay it flat against a fence, railings or another
stable subsurface and fix it in place using the
cable ties included. Make sure that the product
does not protrude above the chosen subsurface
at any point, as otherwise it could become
damaged during strong winds.
Note:
Where possible, always tie each cable
tie to one cord, approx. two slats and the
railings of the fence, balcony etc. at the same
time.
For the models HG04783A / B:
On the long sides of the product, affix one
cable tie approx. every 25 cm.
Affix 3 cable ties to each of the short sides,
with equal distances between them.
For model HG04783C:
On the long sides of the product, affix one
cable tie approx. every 25 cm.
Affix 4 cable ties to each of the short sides,
with equal distances between them.
Note:
If you want to install the product in a
particularly windy location, use more cable ties
as necessary.
Shortening the product
You can shorten the product in width or height
using scissors or a sharp knife. The synthetic slats
of the product are connected by strong cords which
can nevertheless be easily severed. The distance
between the cords measures 10 cm. When cutting,
always leave a margin of around 2‒3 slats, so that
the cords do not become too short.
Sever the cords at the chosen point using
scissors or a sharp knife and remove the
desired number of slats.
Then knot the remaining cords.
Cleaning and care
Do not use chemical cleaners, scouring agents
or sharp objects for cleaning.
Clean the product using a damp cloth and
a mild detergent.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable
materials, which you may dispose of at local
recycling facilities.

more details of how to dispose of your worn-out
