The umbrella stand is not a toy.
Children‘s fingers or feet could
be pinched.
Never leave the umbrella stand
unattended – the umbrella tip-
ping can result in serious injuries.
Please remember, depending on
the wind force and diameter of
the umbrella, this umbrella stand
could also be too light.
Be sure to close your umbrella if
wind emerges.
Be sure to follow your country‘s
national regulations in addition
to the rules specified in these in-
structions.
Assembly
You need:
– Size 17 socket key
– 1 Person to assist you
Assembling the base
Make sure that the umbrella stand
is properly set up on a firm / sta-
ble as well as horizontal / level
surface. Do not place the umbrella
stand on a sloped surface.
When setting up the umbrella
stand, make sure that the surface
is firm / stable and horizontal /
level.
Place the base

upright and
have a second person support it
firmly. Injuries may otherwise
occur!
Insert the screw with spring
washer, ring washer and rubber
washer

into the base from
below. Please note the position
of the washers (see Fig. A)!
Place the large rubber washer

with a centre hole over the
screw protruding at the top
(see Fig. B).
Secure the screw

from below
using a socket key and place the
stand tube

onto the screw

from the top, and slightly screw in.
Align the rubber washer

. Tighten
the screw

with the socket key

Note:
The clamping plate

is
premounted to protect the um-
brella pole (see Fig. D). Please
do not remove.
When moving the umbrella
stand with an open umbrella in
it, only lift it by the umbrella
stand.
