WORKMANSHIP / MANUFACTURES WARRANTY
FloatPac Pty Ltd hereby warrants to the Company or person as noted below that the water management system supplied
by FloatPac Pty Ltd under this warranty is free from performance effecting defects due to FloatPac Pty Ltd’s workmanship.
This warranty shall commence on the date of purchase and expires 10 years from said date, does not include any auxiliary
products purchased, including pumps and the supplied plumping kit and shall be subject to the following conditions:

The Workmanship Warranty is exclusive of any alleged defect in installation, Acts of God, or acts of any person or
entity other than FloatPac Pty Ltd or its agents, including without limitations: abuse, negligence, misuse,
improper treatment, vandalism, falling objects, abnormal environmental conditions, improper site preparation,
sub-grade settlement, or by any event beyond the reasonable control of FloatPac Pty Ltd.

The Workmanship Warranty shall not be effective unless FloatPac Pty Ltd receives the owner’s written claim
therefore within the warranty period and within thirty (30) days after the date of discovery of such defect.
FloatPac Pty Ltd shall have the right to verify, by its own representative, the nature and extent of the claimed
defects.

FloatPac Pty Ltd will repair or replace any aspect of the bladder due to defective workmanship in the
manufacturing process. In the event that it is necessary for FloatPac Pty Ltd to repair or replace any aspect of the
bladder system the owner shall afford FloatPac Pty Ltd clear and unrestricted access to the bladder, which shall
not be encumbered by any overlying or underlying material (apart from the supplied ground sheet), and shall
cooperate in all respects with FloatPac Pty Ltd to accomplish said repair. In no event shall FloatPac Pty Ltd be
liable for the cost of labour expended by any person or entity other than FloatPac Pty Ltd or its agent on any
defective workmanship with respect to the installation of the product. In the event of the replacement of the
bladder during the 10 year warranty period the customer must contribute pro rata to the cost of the replacement
based on a 10 year period at the rate of 10% per annum. For example if the bladder required replacement at the
end of 3 years the customer must contribute 30% of the replacement cost. A new warranty shall apply to the
replacement bladder.

The Workmanship Warranty is extended to Company or person as noted below and is non-transferable and non-
assignable. No rights against FloatPac Pty Ltd shall be created by the transfer or assignment, nor shall any rights
against FloatPac Pty Ltd survive any transfer or assignment.
5.
Any amendment to this Workmanship Warranty must be contained in writing and signed by a duly authorised
representative of FloatPac Pty Ltd.
6.
This warranty shall not be effective even if duly completed and provided to the Company unless and until all
outstanding monies relating to the supply of the product nominated shall be paid in full.
7.
The jurisdiction for all legal proceedings involving this Workmanship Warranty or any matter contained within,
shall be in Melbourne, Victoria.
In no event shall FloatPac Pty Ltd be liable for loss of profits, or any other incidental or consequential losses, resulting from
any defects in FloatPac Pty Ltd’s workmanship, including improper installation of the bladder, ground sheet, and all piping
requirements. Please complete the below information and file away in case of issue. No warranty claims will be accepted
without proof of purchase and this completed warranty form.
