11.2 Software Buttons or Video Not Displayed
There may be situations where the Vue TZ20-R successfully completes the boot operation, but the icons or video
stream will not appear in the DJI Pilot app. This is due to the controller’s state when power cycling the airframe/Vue
TZ20-R while the RC and app are still active. When this occurs, restart the DJI Pilot app. Power cycling the
controller will also resolve the same issue but requires more time.
11.3 USB to Boson Application
Download the FLIR Boson Application, also referred as Boson GUI or GUI, at
https://www.flir.com/support-
center/oem/camera-controller-gui-for-boson/.
To view the Boson video streams, plug the Vue TZ20-R to a PC using
a USB-C cable and run the FLIR Boson application. Under the “Device Select” drop down menu, the choose which
Boson to view. The FLIR Boson application will only display one video stream at a time. To view both streams
simultaneously, open a separate FLIR Boson application window and select a different FLIR Boson under “Device
Select.”
