The unit does
not start • Check the fuses and that there is power to the unit
• Check control panels in case the unit has stopped on account of an alarm or the
service switch is off
• Check that the unit is not in the STOP mode
• Check circuit board settings (refer to chap. 2-8)

not come on • Check that the pressure relay is OK (only with an electric battery)
• Check that the valve has control current (over 2 V) and supply voltage (with a water

start • Check operating settings
• Check that the fans have operating voltage and control current (over 2 V)
• Check that the motor protection is not active

protection • Check the rotor control box
• Check that the rotor rotates easily
• Ensure that the space between the rotor guard and sensor magnet is 5-10 mm
• Switch off the fuses and the service switch. Remove the electrical cover on the motors.
Switch on the power to the units and check the operation indication on the motor (LED
on the electrical box on the motor. Green flash OK. Red light, contact service).

• Tarkista, että puhaltimilla on käyttöjännitettä ja ohjausvirtaa (yli 2 V).

palaa • Tarkista roottorin ohjauslaatikko.
• Tarkista, että roottori käy kevyesti.
• Tarkista, että roottorivahdin ja anturin magneetin välinen etäisyys on 5–10 cm.
• Kytke sulakkeet ja huoltokatkaisin pois päältä. Poista moottorien sähkökansi. Kytke virta
laitteeseen ja tarkista moottorin toiminnan näyttö (valodiodi moottorin sähkölaatikossa.
Punaisen merkkivalon vilkkuminen on OK. Punainen valo, ota yhteys huoltoon.)
