Bias Finger Over Finger Punching

Prior to punching ensure:
• The punchblock is in the right position (A3)
• The correct punchboard is installed (A7)
• The punch force has been adjusted for material (A10)
• Make sure belt ends are ply separated.
Prepare the belt ends for bias finger over finger punching by cutting opposing
(5:3 ratio) angles on each belt end. Use the Ply 130™ to separate each belt end to
4.3” (110 mm) depth.
