 Maintenance – Blade Replacement

Install new ply separation blade with bevel side down.
Warning: Do not touch blade edge.

Ensure brass spacers are pres-

ent either in the Ply frame or 

on bolt. Finger tighten bolts 

only so that the blade can still 

shift (long bolt in rear and 

short bolt in front).
Note: Bolts don’t extend 

above the top of the nut once 

installed.

Insert nuts so that bevels are 

facing toward traction rollers.
