Temperature Warning 

 
If the internal temperature of the Waveguide Switch Driver e55°C, the instrument will stop 
functioning.  In this state, the green and red front panel LEDs will flash alternately, and the Temperature 
Error bit (Bit 3) in the Status Byte will be set. 
 
Cool the Waveguide Switch Driver immediately.  Reset the instrument by power cycling it.
