UMBAU AUF PROPAN / BUTAN
Der Umbau des Gerätes auf Propan/Butan muss vom Installateur
oder dem technischen Dienst der Herstellers geschehe. Der
Umbauset muss vom Hersteller geliefert werden und enthält:
1.
eine verschlüsselte Einspritzdüse für die Zündflamme
2.
eine verschlüsselte Einspritzdüse für den Hauptbrenner
3.
eine Typplatte für Propan
ERSETZEN DER ZÜNDFLAMMENEINSPRITZDÜSE
Die Spannmutter (A) der Zündflammenleitung losdrehen und die
Leitung aus dem Zündflammenbrenner ziehen (Fig. 3). Sie müssen
die montierte Einspritzdüse entfernen und gegen eine neue
auswechseln. Kontrollieren Sie die Kodenummer (siehe
technische Daten). Darauf müssen Sie die Zündflammenleitung
wieder montieren.
ERSETZEN DER EINSPRITZDÜSE DES HAUPTBRENNERS
Diese Einspritzdüse befindet sich im T-Stück des Hauptbrenners.
Drehen Sie den Stöpsel mit dem Aluminiumdichtungsring aus
dem T-Stück (Siehe Fig. 4). Drehen Sie die montierte
Einspritzdüse mit einem zirka 10mm breiten Schraubenzieher los
(Siehe Fig. 5) und entferenen Sie die mit einem Bleistift oder
einem anderen konischen Gegenstand. Montieren Sie die neue
Einspritzdüse (kontrollieren Sie zuerst die Kodenummer) und
montieren Sie darauf den Stöpsel mit dem
Aluminiumdichtungsring. Bei jeder Demontage des
Hauptbrenners muss eine neue Dichtung montiert werden.
TYPPLATTE FÜR PROPAN
Ersetzen Sie das Erdgasetikett durch das Propanetikett.
KONTROLLE DES DRUCKS DER EINSPRITZDÜSE
Den Druck der Einspritzdüse auf Maximalstand und
Mindeststand kontrolieren und eventuell einstellen (Siehe
technische Daten).
Achtung: Schliesslich müssen alle gasführenden Teilen mittels
Seifenwassers auf Dichtigkeit kontrolliert werden.
Wichtig: wenn später der Wunsch besteht, das Gerät wieder auf
Erdgas umzubauen, darf nu rein authorisierter Installateur oder
der technische Dienst des Herstellers dies umbauen.
CONVERSION FOR PROPANE / BUTANE
Conversion of the appliance for propane/butane should be
carried out by the installer. The conversion set should be
delivered by the manufacturer, and contains:
1.
A coded nozzle for the pilot flame.
2.
A coded nozzle for the main burner.
3.
A type plate for propane-butane.
REPLACEMENT OF THE PILOT-FLAME NOZZLE
Loosen the securing nut (A) of the pilot-flame pipe and pull the
pipe out of the p ilot-flame burner (fig. 3).
Remove the fitted nozzle and replace it by a new one.
Check that the code number is correct (see technical data).
Now reattach the pilot-flame pipe.
REPLACEMENT OF THE INJECTOR OF THE MAIN BURNER
This nozzle is located in the T-piece of the main burner.
Screw the stopper with the aluminium sealing ring out of the T-
piece (see fig. 4).
Use a screwdriver, about 10 mm wide, to loosen the fitted nozzle
and remove it with a pencil or any other conical object (see fig. 5).
Fit the new nozzle (check the code number first), and replace the
stopper with the sealing ring.
A new seal must be fitted every time the main burner is
dismantled.
TYPE PLATE FOR PROPANE-BUTANE
Replace the natural gas label by a propane/butane label.
CONTROLLING THE NOZZLE PRESSURE
Check the nozzle pressure at maximum and minimum setting, and
adjust if necessary (see technical data).
Note: finally, use soapy water to check all gas-conducting parts
for gas-tightness.
Important: Should reconversion of the appliance to natural gas
be required at a later stage, only a recognised installer or the
technical service of the manufacturer is permitted to carry out
such conversion.
