ROWING MACHINE DISPLAY MANUAL 

                                                                 

FUNCTIONAL BUTTON:

 

MODE: 

1. Push down to select functions. 
2. Push down and hold for 2 seconds to reset all functional values. 

FUNCTIONS AND OPERATIONS 

1. SCAN: 

When in SCAN position, the meter rotates through the following functions: 

time, count, total count, calorie, count/min and (if possible) pulse. Each 

display is shown for 6 seconds. 

2. TIME

: Count rowing time from start to end. 

3. COUNT:

 Count rowing strokes from start to end. 

4. TOTAL COUNT:

 Count total rowing strokes from start to end. 

5. CALORIE:

 Count total calories from start to end. 

6. COUNT/MIN: 

Display current rowing strokes per minute, or the frequency per 

minute.

PULSE RATE (IF POSSIBLE): 

1. Press 

MODE

 and navigate to 

PULSE

 

2. Wear a transmitter belt properly and it will wirelessly transfer your heart rate 

signal to the meter to display. 

8. AUTO ON/OFF & AUTO START/TOP: 

Without any signal for 4 minutes, the 

power will turn off automatically. Start exercising or press a button to turn on the 
monitor.
