6A. The two Right & Left Long Safety Catches (D) & (E) can be inserted
into the holes along with the Upright Frame (N) . Always insert the Safety
Pin (14) onto the Upright Frame (N) to lock them in place . Place them at
the same level on the left and right side of the cage and at a comfortable
height that will assist you during your workout. See Fig. A.
6B. The two Right & Left J-Hooks (C) & (B) can be inserted into any of the
holes along with the Upright Frame (N) . Place them at the same level on
the left and right side of the cage and at a comfortable height that will assist
you during your workout.
6C . The Upright Frames (N)
have “U” shaped markings above some of the
holes to help mark which holes are at the same level across the frame of
the cage.
6D. Make sure the hooks of the Right & Left Long Safety Catches (D) &
(E) and the Right & Left J-Hook (C) & (B) are wrapped around the Upright
Frames (N) to lock them safety catches in place.
