Pulse Recovery Test
This test can be used to monitor the
development of your own personal level
of performance. The faster your pulse
recovers after exercise, the higher your
level of
fi
tness.
The device categorises the recovery rate
into 6 levels (F1 – F6), with F1 represent-
ing the best and F6 the weakest recovery
rate.
IMPORTANT:
The calculated rate is
merely an approximate value and is for
your own personal guidance. The training
data have a low level of accuracy and are
not guaranteed to be correct.
1. As soon as you
fi
nish training, clasp
the pulse monitors (
3
) on the handle-
bar (
1
) and press the
UP /RECOVERY
button to start the test.
Do not pedal
during this time!
2. A 1-minute countdown starts on the
display. Wait until it has counted all the
way down.
Do not let go of the pulse
monitors during the countdown.
