Assembly
• Fit a mirror lens to a mirror.
• Insert a #8 x

" screw through the back of the mirror
and into the mirror lens. Tighten the screw with a Phillips
screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the other mirror lens
to the other mirror.

• Fit the tab on the front of the seat into the slot near the
gas tank.
• Push down firmly near the back of the seat to “snap” it to
the vehicle.
Hint: You will need to remove the seat to access the
high speed connectors and to charge the 12 volt battery.
To remove the seat, press the tab at the back of the seat
and lift.

" screw through the hole in each side of
the gas tank and into the vehicle frame.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.
Hint: To replace the batteries in the light and sound box,
simply remove the screws from the gas tank and remove
the gas tank from the vehicle frame. After replacing the
batteries, be sure to replace the light and sound box,
gas tank and screws.

• Balance the light and sound box on the vehicle body.
(The speaker should face down.)
• Fit the tabs at the bottom of the gas tank under the front
end of the vehicle body.
• Lower the gas tank on the vehicle frame, making sure
that the two small square openings in the gas tank fit
over the buttons on the light and sound box.
