Assembly

• Fit the rear headlight assembly to the front head-

light assembly.

• Insert six #8 x

" screws through the rear headlight

assembly and into the front headlight assembly, as shown.

• Tighten all six screws using a Phillips screwdriver.

Do not over-tighten.

• Place the flashing light lens on the light base. Align the

notch in the flashing light lens with the notch in the
light base.

• Align the notch in the flashing light assembly with the

tab in the front headlight assembly. Fit the flashing light
assembly into the groove in the front headlight assembly.
