Installation Instructions
Gas supply connection
This cooker is suitable for installation with
either Natural Gas, or LPG. Refer to relevant
table for pressures and appropriate injector
sizes.
The inlet to the Gas hob is 1/2” BSP
external thread situated at the rear right
corner. Fit the bayonet connection. Do not
over tighten. The elbow and blue washer
provided must be used.
This should be located so as to ensure the
flexible connector hose does not kink. Use a
900-1125 mm length of flexible connector.
Ensure that all pipe work is of correct rating
for both size and temperature.
In all other countries this appliance must be
installed in accordance with local regulations
and standards.
After installation, make sure all connections
are gas sound.
Ensure that the product is restrained or
secured so that the Gas Connection Hose
can not be strained.
The flexible connection shall be fitted in
such a way that it cannot come into contact
with a movable part (e.g.. drawer) and does
not pass through any space susceptible of
becoming congested.
Natural gas
In the United Kingdom flexible connections
should comply with BS669. Parts of the

The room containing the appliance should
have an air supply in accordance with
BS5440 Part 2:2000.
All rooms require an operable window or
equivalent, while some rooms require a
permanent vent in addition to the openable
window.
The appliance should not be installed in
a bed sitting room of volume less than 20
cubic metres.
If it is installed in a room of volume less than
5 cubic metres an air vent of effective area
100 square centimetres is required;
If it is installed in a room of volume between
5 cubic metres and 10 cubic metres, an air
vent of effective area 50 square centimetres
is required;
While if the volume exceeds 11 cubic metres,
no air vent is required.
However, if room has a door that opens
directly to the outside, no air vent is required
even when the room volume is between 5
cubic metres and 10 cubic metres.
