Attaching Seat Rail to Footplate 

Installing Seat Rail/Footplate Assembly to Mainframe 

Step 1: 

  Locate Seat Rail/

Footplate, M10x120mm 
Bolt and Plastic Dome 
Cap.   
 
Insert Seat Rail into Foot-
plate and connect the two 
using the M10x120mm 
Dome Head Bolt and 
Dome cap. 
 
Tighten securely.   

Step 1: 

  With frame assem-

bly on it’s back, align and 
install the Seat Rail/
Footplate Assembly to the 
Mainframe using. 
M10x140mm Hex Bolts, 
standard washers and Ny-
lock nuts. 
 
 
 

Caution:  

The Seat Rail/

Footplate Assembly is 
heavy and should be in-
stalled with the rower stand-
ing in the vertical position 
for maximum safety.  Two 
people are required for this 
portion of the assembly. 

The following por-
tion of assembly 
will require two 
people.

 

M10x120mm Dome head bolt 
and Plastic Dome Cap 

Seat Rail 

M10x140mm Hex Bolt (2x) M10 Wash-
ers (4x) and M10 Nylock Nuts (2x). 

Insert Seat Rail into  
footplate as shown
