Set Permissions
Select options to allow or block incoming calls and text messages.
1. Scroll the
Parental Control Menu
and press the
Select
button.
2. Type your password (the default is 0000) and press the
Select
button.
3. Scroll to
Permissions
and press the
Select
button.
4. Scroll to
Incoming Calls
and press the
Select
button.
5. Scroll to
Locked
or
Unlocked
and press the Select button. A
prompt will confirm your selection.
Locked will block all incoming calls that are not programmed into your
contact list, Mom Key or Dad Key. (See
Setting Up glowPhone for
the First Time
for information on how to program numbers into your
contact list). Unlocked will allow any incoming call.
Change the Password
1. Scroll the
Parental Control Menu
and press the
Select
button.
2. Type your password (default is 0000) and press the
Select
button.
3. Scroll to
Permissions
and press the
Select
button.
4. Scroll to
Change Password
and press the
Select
button.
5. Type a new 4-digit password.
6. Scroll to the
check mark
and press the
Select
button. You will be
prompted to confirm the password.
7. Type the new password again, scroll to the
check mark
and press
the
Select
button. If you forget your password, type 5678 at the
Enter Password screen.
