User’s Guide

VOICE MAIL

 If glowPhone is off when a call arrives, the caller can leave a 

voice message. When you turn on glowPhone, the New Voice Mail 

Messages prompt will display. 
If glowPhone is on and a call is not answered, the caller can also leave 

a voice message. The Voice Mail icon will appear at the top of the 

display area.
Your SIM card may automatically contain the voice mail number. If 

it does not, please see the 

Parental Controls Call Settings

 section to 

store this number.

To listen to a voice mail message:

1. 

If the device is not on, switch it on by pressing and holding the 

End

 key. Check for adequate signal strength.

2.  Scroll to the 

Voice Mail

 menu and press the 

Select

 button.
