Indication

No lights come on when I press any of
the buttons on the Alarm Control Unit

This may indicate that the control unit has not been successfully activated, see
section 'Activating the Alarm Control Unit'. If the unit still fails to activate please
contact Technical Support via email:

is happening

This indicates that the control unit has not been successfully activated, see
section 'Activating the Alarm Control Unit'.

Unable to remove the control unit
from its bracket

You need to disengage the locking pins. Refer to the 'Making the Alarm Control
Unit Tamper proof' section.
