CAUTION: Before proceeding, always read the safety regulations for the operations to be carried out
as set out in Chapter 3.
- Wait until the oil reaches the ambient temperature.

Open the engine compartment lid.
- Check the hydraulic oil level with the dipstick

- If it needs topping up, add oil through the fi ller neck.
CAUTION: Slowly loosen the bleeder cap to release the residual pressure. Carry out this operation
only with the engine off.

- The bleeder cap

is disposable and hence does not need to be cleaned.
- Replace it only if broken or clogged with an identical one in order to keep the system adequately
pressurised.
- Move the vehicle onto fl at ground, engage the parking brake, turn off the engine and remove the ignition
key.
