•
The 20 mg/h Ozone
Nano Bubbler™
.
•
A 3-phase booster pump for the vessels.
•
24-volt solenoid.
•
Auto flush function for flushing the media for up to 4 vessels.
•
2 Amp meters for the pumps.
•
Auto and Hand function so system can be manually started as well.
•
Over and underload protection for both pumps.

Pump Protection Relay: PPR1T8 230V AC
•
Ensure “Sw5” is in “ON” position
- +0%. (Lever in the UP position)
•
Select
Power Switch “SW6” and pass “LIVE” through 50/5 Current Transformer as per table below
The above table is for motors .37kW to 7.5kW. Larger motors of 11kW and above, any Current
Transformer with a 5-amp secondary can be used. Eg: 50/5 for 11kW and 18.5kW, 80/5 or 100/5 for
22kW and 30kW, etc. In these instances, pass “LIVE” through CTx once only, and set “SW6” to 5A
-
ON.
•
Set Overload Current Setting screw (“OCS”) to 100% (max) & Underload Current Setting screw
(“UCS”) to 10% (min). Set Trip Delay Setting screw (“TDS”) to 10 seconds (max).
•
Start pump. Wait 5 seconds to run at acceptable load. Turn “OCS” SLOWLY anti
-clockwise until the
overload LED illuminates. After the response time, the unit will trip. Switch “Sw5” to “OFF”
position (shift lever DOWN
–
15%). The overload is now set and will trip at the response timer
setting.
•
With pump running and discharge valve closed (no flow), turn the “UCS” SLOWLY clockwise until
the underload LED illuminates. After the response time, the unit will trip. To check this protection,
reset the unit (power OFF-ON), open valve and restart pump. Wait 5 seconds and close valve. The
unit must trip at response timer setting.
•
The start-up time is fixed at 5 seconds and is independent of the adjustable response timer.
