DAILY MAINTENANCE
PERFORM ALL MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS IN SEQUENCE
32.
CLEANING THE VACUUM MOTOR FILTER
1.
Check the recovery tank is empty (if necessary, empty it)
2.
Check that the parking brake is engaged, and if not, engage it
3.
Check that the machine's main switch is on “OFF-0”; if this is not the case, turn the key of the main
switch (1) a quarter of a turn anticlockwise (to the 0 position)
4.
Grip the seat rotation uncoupling handle (2), move it forward as far as it will go
5.
Rotate the seat support to the gas springs end stops
6.
Disconnect the battery connector cable from the machine connector (3)
7.
Rotate the seat support until it is back in the working position
8.
Rotate the vacuum cap until the prop (4) fixed to the vacuum cap attaches to the prop (5) fixed to the
recovery tank
9.
Release the safety clip (6) from the hole that it is using when the vacuum cap is closed and insert it into
the safety hole
ATTENTION: These operations must be carried out using gloves to protect
against contact with dangerous solutions.
ATTENTION: Before carrying out any type of maintenance, remove the keys
from the panel and disconnect the battery connector (for battery versions) or
from the generator connector (for versions with a endothermic engine).
10.
Remove the vacuum filter protection (7) by rotating it clockwise
11.
Remove the retaining clips (8)
12.
Remove the vacuum filter (9) from its seat
13.
Use a jet of water to clean the walls and base of the filter
14.
Perform steps 14 to 17 also for the second filter of the second suction motor
15.
Reassemble all the elements
