1.5 INTRODUCTION OF THE PRODUCT
It is a machine that mixes flour, water and other additives homogeneously and kneads the dough as
desired within the preset time. Main feature of this machine is the facility to use a second bowl by the
attachable bowl system. Mobile bowl is compatible with FİMAK Automatic Tilt -Lifting Machine.
1.6 THE OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Spiral mixers are the machines of kneading process. Flour and water are poured into bowl with a
proportion according to the desired dough consistency. The dough is kneaded as desired by setting the
kneading time through command panel.
