2.4 INSTALLATION

Place the machine on a flat surface.

Provide required electrical voltage.

Check the tension of the upper belt pulley group.

Check the tension of the lower belt pulley group.

Fix the machine to the ground by fixing plates

2.5 KNEADING PROCESS

Fill the required amount of flour and water into the bowl.

Make the necessary settings on the command panel.

Start up the machine.

After the

completion of the period, open the bowl cover and discharge the dough.
