AC Power Check
Disconnect the Electronic Chassis from the power supply as well
as the Power Supply itself. These two items will be the last to be
powered up.
Basic Power Check
1. Ensure the power going into the machine is disabled.
2. Ensure all circuit breakers and the main power switch are
OFF.
3. Connect the main power cord to the power terminal board
TB1.
4. Measure the resistance between GND and Phase 1 verify that
it is greater than1M.
5. Measure the resistance between GND And Phase 2 and verify
that it is greater than 1M.
6. Measure the resistance between the machine frame and the
Inspection head and verify that it is less than 1 Ohm.
7. Measure the resistance between the machine frame and
PD4-1 and verify that it is less than 0.5 Ohm.
Basic AC Check
Refer to the following drawings.
• 43115 (Power diagram for 220VAC machines)
• 45242 (Power Diagram for 380-440VAC machines)
• 45233, Sheet 3 (AC breaker Schematic)
1. Plug in power cord to source. WARNING: DO NOT POWER UP
THE MACHINE
2. Turn on the main power switch ( SI ).
3. Verify 220VAC at TB3-L1.
4. Verify 110 VAC at CB1-1.
