Status / Customer Information
You have the opportunity to provide your visitors with information about the current status of the RAZL-2
CO . The layout of the page and the text can be changed in the graphical user interface of the RAZL-2
CO main column. Connect to the RAZL-2 CO main column and enable configuration mode. Open the
entry in the menu

Editing the layout of the status information
You create your own status page from various elements. Simply drag and drop the required elements
from the view

. When you are done creating the layout, go to the next step.
Editing of the texts in the status information
You will be shown all changeable texts from your layout. If you do not use your own text, a standard text
stored in the system is displayed. As soon as you are finished with the configuration, save the new
appearance of the status information. Any displays already connected will automatically display the new
status information.
Display of status information on external devices
To view the status information on an external device, such as .B a Smart TV or tablet, that device must
be in the same Wi-Fi network as the RAZL-2 CO main column. Open a Web browser on the equipment
and enter
http://razl.lan/customer-info
in the address bar.
