Handle the problem according to the procedures below.
1.
Check whether the mains supply is normal.
2.
Check whether the power adapter matches the device.
3.
Check whether the power button is pressed down.
4.
Check whether the power cable connection is normal.

Register Status Indicator LED Extinguished
Handle the problem according to the procedures below.
1.
Check whether the device power supply is normal.
2.
Check whether the optical fiber connection is normal.
3.
Check whether the ONT has obtained the ISP authorization.
4.
Check whether the optical interface is normal; if not, replace the device.

Optical Signal Status Indicator LED Blinking
Handle the problem according to the procedures below.
1.
Check whether the optical fiber is damaged.
2.
Check whether the optical fiber is connected to the correct interface.
3.
Check whether the Rx optical power of the ONT (measured with the optical
power meter) is below specifications.
4.
Check whether the ONT optical module is aged or damaged.
5.
Check whether the local device is faulty.
