Stand-by
Never cover the vat with hot fat or oil inside! Only cover the container with the lid when the fat or
oil is completely cold!
When the deep fryer is switched on but is not needed for frying, turn the temperature regulator to
100ºC. This is the ideal temperature to keep the fat or oil warm without alternating its qualities.
Starting from 100ºC, the deep fryer reaches frying temperature within only 2 or 3 minutes.
4.5.
Switching off
In order to switch off the equipment, turn the temperature regulator to position 0 and press the main
switch.
4.6.
Filtering fat or oil
Always disconnect the equipment from the power supply before filtering the fat or oil!
Always let the deep fryer and the fat or oil inside the container cool down completely before
filtering the fat or oil.
Clean the fryer daily. Filter the fat or oil twice a day, once after lunch time, and again at the end
of the day.
