To start, we would like to draw your attention to the correct management of the various operating options.
The eTensil range allows operators to enter “SMART PRO” programming (by pressing the reverse button
for more than 4 seconds). Always check that some apparent faults are not actually related to the chosen
programming mode. The examples of block A in the table refer to apparent faults related to the specific
options activated (because of the number of possible combinations, the list of programming related faults
CANNOT be comprehensive).
The RESET PROCEDURE can be used to return the screwdriver to its factory settings:
switch off the power supply; press the lever + press the Push-to-Start and hold them down; switch on the
power supply; wait at least 5 seconds; release the lever and the Push-to-Start.
To return screwdrivers purchased after 01/11/2020 to their factory settings, enter the “SMART PRO”
menu, press the lever and hold it down for at least 3 seconds.
