8.2 펜듈럼 가드 이동성 점검

펜듈럼 가드는 항상 자유롭게 움직이고 저절

로 닫힐 수 있어야 합니다.

전원 플러그를 빼내십시오.

펜듈럼 가드를 손으로 잡고 시험 삼아 톱 장치 

안으로 밀어 넣어봅니다.

펜듈럼 가드가 부드럽게 움직이는 상태에서 펜

듈럼 후드 안으로 거의 완전히 들어갈 수 있어야 

합니다.

톱날 부근 청소

펜듈럼 가드 주변 영역은 항상 깨끗하게 유지하

십시오.

압축 공기나 솔을 이용해 분진과 톱밥을 청소합

니다.

8.3 가공물 고정

다음 지침에 유의하십시오.

– 단단한 고정 상태 - 가공물은 반드시 가공물 클

램프로 고정합니다. 이때 홀더 [17.2]가 안전하

게 가공물 위에 위치해야 합니다. (참고: 가공물 

윤곽(예: 둥근 윤곽선)에 따라 보조장치가 필요

할 수 있음). 안전하게 고정되지 않은 가공물을 

작업해서는 안 됩니다.

– 크기 - 크기가 너무 작은 가공물은 작업할 수 없

습니다. 절단된 잔여 조각의 길이는 안전을 위

해 30 mm 보다 작아서는 안 됩니다. 작은 가

공물은 톱날 뒤로 밀려 나와 톱날과 측정자 사

이 틈새로 빠질 수 있습니다.

– 작은 가공물이 톱날 뒤로 밀려 나와 톱날과 측

정자 사이 틈새로 빠지지 않도록 특히 유의하십

시오. 특히 수평 마이터 컷에서 이런 위험이 발

생합니다.

– 두께가 아주 얇은 가공물 [24.1]은 두께를 보강

하기 위해 추가 스트립 [24.2]을 함께 컷팅하도

록 합니다. 두께가 얇은 가공물은 컷팅 시 흔들

리거나 파손될 수 있습니다.

고정을 위해

테이블 쏘 위에 가공물을 놓고 측정자 쪽으로 밀

착시킵니다.

가공물 클램프의 클램핑 레버 [17.1]를 엽니다.

가공물 클램프를 홀더 [17.2]가 가공물 위에 올 

때까지 돌립니다.

홀더를 가공물 위로 내립니다.

클램핑 레버 [17.1]를 닫습니다.

8.4 속도 제어장치

속도는 조정 휠 [2.2]을 통해 1,400부터 3,600

까지 무단으로 조절할 수 있습니다. 이를 통해 

각각의 재료에 따라 컷팅 속도를 최적으로 조절할 

수 있습니다.
