톱날 장착

톱날을 장착하기 전에 모든 부품을 청소합니다

(톱날, 플랜지, 나사).

톱날을 툴 스핀들 [7.5] 위에 놓습니다.

 

경고

부상 위험

톱날 [7.6]과 공구 장비 [7.1]의 회전 방향

이 일치하도록 주의하십시오.

톱날을 플랜지 [7.7] 및 나사 [7.8]로 고정합니

다.

나사 [7.8]를 조입니다(왼나사산).

스핀들 잠금장치 [7.2]를 누른 뒤 시계 반대 방

향으로 90° 돌립니다.

7.3 가공물 클램프
가공물 클램프 사용

가공물 클램프 [8.1]를 두 개의 홀 [8.2] 중 하

나에 끼워 넣습니다. 이때 클램핑 유닛은 뒤쪽을 

향해야 합니다.

가공물 클램프를 돌려 클램핑 유닛이 앞쪽을 향

하게 하십시오.

7.4 집진

 

 

경고

분진으로 인한 건강 위협

집진 작업 없이는 절대 작업을 진행하지 마십시

오.

국가별 규정에 유의하십시오.

방진 마스크를 착용하십시오!

집진 연결부 [9.1]는 직경 36 mm 또는 27 mm 집

진 호스의 Festool 집진기에 연결합니다(끼임 현상

을 줄이기 위해 36 mm 권장).

활용성 높은 칩 디플렉터 [9.2]로 분진 및 칩 수거 

능력이 향상되었습니다. 그러므로 칩 디플렉터를 장

착하지 않은 상태에서 작업하지 마십시오.

칩 디플렉터는 클램프 [10.1]로 가드를 고정합니다. 

이때 클램프의 후크 [10.2]를 가드 슬롯 [10.3]에 

고정합니다.
7.5 확장 정반 조절

회전 버튼 [1.9]을 엽니다.

가공물을 완전히 올려놓을 수 있을 때까지 확장 

정반 [1.8]을 빼냅니다.

회전 버튼을 닫습니다.

확장 정반을 최대한 꺼냈을 때도 가공물이 돌

출된다면 가공물을 다른 방법으로 지지해줍니

다.

7.6 가공물 스토퍼
측정자 조정

마이터 컷의 경우 측정자 [11.1]가 펜듈럼 가드의 

기능을 방해하거나 또는 톱날에 닿는 일이 없도록 

조정해야 합니다.

클램핑 레버 [11.2]를 엽니다.

작업 시 톱날까지의 최소 간격이 4.5 mm 이하

가 되도록 측정자를 이동시킵니다.

클램핑 레버를 다시 닫습니다.

측정자 제거

일부 마이터 컷의 경우 톱장치와 부딪히지 않도록 

측정자를 제거해야 할 수도 있습니다.

나사 [11.3]는 최대한 나사 홀(아래로) 안으로 

돌립니다.

이제 측정자를 측면에서 꺼낼 수 있습니다.

측정자를 새로 끼웠다면 나사를 다시 3번 돌려 

빼냅니다.

보조 스토퍼
측정면을 확대하고 싶다면 양쪽 측정자의 구

멍 [12.1]에 각각 하나의 목재 보조 스토퍼 [12.2]

를 장착합니다. 그러면 더 큰 가공물도 안전하게 배

치할 수 있습니다.

이때 다음에 유의합니다:

– 보조 스토퍼를을 고정하는 나사는 표면 위로 돌

출되어서는 안 됩니다.

– 보조 스토퍼은 0° 컷팅에만 사용할 수 있습니

다.

– 보조 스토퍼가 가드의 기능을 방해해서는 안 됩

니다.

7.7 수평 마이터 각

50°(좌측) 및 60°(우측) 사이에 임의의 수평 마이터 

각을 설정할 수 있습니다. 추가적으로 가장 많이 사

용되는 마이터 각을 고정할 수 있습니다.

바늘의 화살표 [13.2]가 설정된 수평 마이터 각을 

표시합니다. 바늘의 화살표 우측과 좌측, 두 개의 표

시선으로 각도의 절반을 정확하게 설정할 수 있습니

다. 이때 두 개의 표시선은 눈금자의 각도선과 일치

해야 합니다.
표준 마이터 각(수평)

다음의 마이터 각은 고정이 가능합니다.

좌측: 0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°

우측: 0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°, 60°

공구 장비를 동작 위치에 놓습니다.

클램핑 레버 [13.5]를 위로 올립니다.

래치 레버 [13.4]를 아래로 누릅니다.

테이블 쏘를 원하는 마이터 각까지 돌립니다.

래치 레버를 다시 풉니다. 래치 레버의 잠금상태

는 감지가 가능해야 합니다.

클램핑 레버를 아래로 누릅니다.

임의의 마이터 각(수평)

공구 장비를 동작 위치에 놓습니다.

클램핑 레버 [13.5]를 위로 올립니다.
