ON/OFF 스위치

– ON/OFF 스위치 를 걸림 위치까지 눌러 톱장치 

및 펜듈럼 가드의 잠금을 해제합니다.

– 스위치 ON 로크 [1.3]를 누릅니다.

– ON/OFF 스위치 [1.2]를 끝까지 눌러 공구 장

비를 켭니다.

– 공구 장비를 끌 때는 ON/OFF 스위치를 다시 

해제합니다.

6.1 공구 장비 설치

공구 장비에서 작업하기 전에 항상 전원 플러그

를 전원 소켓으로부터 분리하십시오!

사용 전에 공구 장비를 편평하고 안정된 작업면 위

에 설치합니다(예: UG-KAPEX 베이스 프레임, 다기

능 테이블 MFT 또는 작업대).
다음과 같은 방법으로 설치할 수 있습니다.

나사: 공구 장비를 4개의 나사를 사용해 작업면 위에 

고정합니다. 4개의 테이블 쏘 지지점에 있는 

홀 [6.1]을 이용합니다.

고정용 클램프: 공구 장비를 4개의 고정용 클램프를 

사용해 작업면 위에 고정합니다. 4개의 테이블 쏘 지

지점에 있는 평면 ([6.2])을 고정면으로 이용합니다.

클램핑 세트(MFT): 공구 장비를 클램핑 세트 [6.4,

 

494693]를 사용해 Festool 다기능 테이블 이때 두 

개의 나사 홀 [6.3]을 이용합니다.

UG-KAPEX 베이스 프레임: 베이스 프레임에 동봉

된 조립 설명서에 따라 공구 장비를 베이스 프레임 

위에 고정하십시오.
6.2 운반
공구 장비 고정(운반 위치)

ON/OFF 스위치 [4.1]를 누릅니다.

톱장치를 스토퍼 지점까지 아래로 내립니다.

잠금장치 [4.2]를 누릅니다. 이제 톱장치가 아래

쪽 위치에 머뭅니다.

톱장치를 뒤쪽 위치에 고정하려면 회전 버

튼 [4.3]을 조입니다.

운반을 위해 전원 케이블을 케이블 홀더 [5.5]에 

감습니다.

육각 소켓 렌치 [5.4] 및 각도 복사기 [5.3](KS

 

120 REB만 해당)를 정해진 홀더에 보관합니다.

부상 위험

펜듈럼 가드 [5.1]가 움직이는 상태에서 절대

로 공구 장비를 들어올리거나 운반하지 마십시

오.

공구 장비를 운반할 때는 테이블 쏘 [5.2]의 측

면 및 케이블 홀더 내 운반용 손잡이 [5.5]를 잡

으십시오.

공구 장비의 잠금 해제(작업 위치)

톱장치를 약간 아래로 내리고 운반 안전장

치 [4.2]를 당깁니다.

톱장치를 위로 올립니다.

회전 버튼 [4.3]을 엽니다.

7.1 톱날 선택

Festool 톱날은 컬러 링 표시로 구분됩니다. 링의 

색상은 톱날 사용에 적합한 소재를 나타냅니다.

7.2 공구 교체

– 스핀들 잠금장치 [7.2]는 톱날이 정지된 상태에

서만 조작하십시오.

– 작업 시 톱날이 매우 뜨거우므로 열이 식을 때

까지는 만지지 마십시오.

– 공구 교체 시 날카로운 절단면에 다칠 수 있으

므로 보호 장갑을 착용하십시오.

톱날 분리

공구 장비를 동작 위치에 놓습니다.

스핀들 잠금장치 [7.2]를 누른 뒤 시계 방향으로 

90° 돌립니다.

육각 소켓 렌치 [7.9]를 이용하여 나사 [7.8]를 

완전히 풉니다(왼나사산).

ON/OFF 스위치 [7.3]를 눌러서 펜듈럼 가드의 

잠금장치를 풉니다.

펜듈럼 가드 [7.4]를 완전히 엽니다.

클램핑 플랜지 [7.7] 및 톱날을 제거하십시오.
