가려진 곳에서 작업할 경우 스러스트 칼라를 

사용하여 가공물을 테이블과 스톱 레일 반대쪽

으로 이동시키십시오�

 

스러스트 칼라를 이용하

면 킥백 발생 시 가공물을 제어할 수 있습니다

.

결합된 곳이 눈에 보이지 않는 가공물을 쏘잉 

작업할 때에는 특히 신경 써서 작업하십시오� 

돌출한 톱날이 물체와 부딪히면서 킥백이 발생 

할 수 있습니다

.

톱날 조임 및 킥백이 발생하지 않도록 큰 판넬

에 지지대를 설치하십시오�

 

대형 판넬은 자체  

중량 때문에 아래로 처지는 경향이 있습니다

.  

지지대는  테이블  상단에  걸쳐져  있는  판넬  

전체의 아래에 위치해야 합니다

.

비틀리거나, 얽혀 있거나, 변형된 가공물 또는 

엣지가 곧지 않아 마이터 컷 스토퍼를 이용하

거나 펜스를 따라 이동시켜야 하는 가공물을 

절단할 때에는 특히 조심스럽게 작업하십시오�

톱날이 걸리고 킥백이 발생합니다

절대 위아래 또는 앞뒤에 여러 겹으로 쌓여 있는  

가공물을 절단하지 마십시오�

 

톱날의 일부가 

걸려 킥백을 유발할 수 있습니다

.

j.   

가공물에서 톱을 다시 작동시킬 때는 켠 자국의  

중심에 톱날을 배치하여 톱니가 가공물 안에 

들어가지 않게 하십시오�

 

톱날이 끼여 있으면

톱 작업을 다시 시작할 때 가공물이 들어 올려

져 반동을 유발할 수 있습니다

.

k�   톱날은  날카롭고  청결하며  충분히  비스듬한  

상태로 유지하십시오� 변형된 톱날이나 금이 간  

톱날  또는  톱니가  파손된  톱날은  절대  사용 

하지 마십시오� 예리하고 적당히 경사를 이루고  

있는 톱날은 톱날 걸림

정리정돈  상태가  불량하거나  조명이  

어두운  작업장  및  평평하지  않고  미끄러운  

바닥에서는 사고가 발생할 수 있습니다

톱 테이블 그리고/또는 집진기에 있는 톱밥을  

정기적으로  비우고  제거해주십시오�
